Considering the system’s specs, as well as the series’s generally greater success on the Nintendo consoles/handhelds, it would make a lot of sense for them to bring it over eventually. Omochao appears as a guide for the two Sonics, and only if you turn his help on. With all the Generations hype, it seems natural for Classic Sonic to be in the action. How could Nintendo DARE to change him from being red-brown to blue-red?!! Considering Crush 40 have covered it at Sega’s recent Sonic Boom event, I’d wager it’ll be used as Metal Sonic’s boss theme, or in the credits. Or just stuck on the soundtrack, since it’s a fan favourite song.

It wasn’t aimless, it had bleeping sounds that got louder the nearer you were to the emeralds (like a metal detector!) I do agree with you that Tails levels didn’t suit him in SA2 as much as they were fun… It was better to just have the robot doing that type of levels like in the first SA. I like the Storybook games a lot more than the general population and I’m bummed we never got the third installment they were planning; but, I understand that’s a personal preference thing.

Though the game looks nearly identical to the original Sega Genesis game, it’s taking advantage of modern game techniques to subtly smooth the rough edges of the original. Knuckles originally appeared in “Sonic the Hedgehog 3,” and became a playable character in “Sonic & Knuckles.” Sonic and the Black Knight debuted in 2009 for the Nintendo Wii. It follows Sonic and the Secret Rings, and the setting is a medieval fantasy where King Arthur lives. The Sonic saga includes comics, animated shows, a movie, and plenty of fan fic.

They are the only dead charcters from the main series that have not been revived yet. Well, Tikal isn’t technically dead, just trapped in the Master Emerald for all eternity, keeping Chaos company. Maria’s a possibility, but highly unlikely unless she was also corrupted, as she’s a genuinely kind person.

This includes movement speed, jump height and more, making this the most accessible Sonic game (control-wise) to date. I especially loved experiencing the freedom of running around the world without the constraints of sticking to one specific path imposed by the past Sonic games.
